Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure the quality, originality, and relevance of the research. Upon submission, the editorial team conducts an initial screening to assess the manuscript's compliance with journal guidelines, formatting, and thematic alignment. Manuscripts that pass this stage are then subjected to a double-blind peer review, where at least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on its methodology, theoretical contribution, clarity, and significance to the field of value management research.

Reviewers provide detailed feedback and recommendations, which may include acceptance, minor revisions, major revisions, or rejection. Authors are given an opportunity to respond to reviewers' comments and revise their manuscripts accordingly. The revised version is reassessed by the reviewers or editors to ensure that the necessary improvements have been made. The final decision on manuscript acceptance rests with the editorial board, considering reviewers' feedback and the overall quality of the submission. The entire review process aims to maintain high academic standards and contribute to the advancement of value management research.
