Archiving Policy

Yaalmada: Journal of Research and Islamic Studies is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation and accessibility of all published content. To achieve this, the journal implements the following archiving policies:

  • All published articles are permanently stored and preserved in the journal's official website and database.

  • The journal uses the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS systems to ensure decentralized and distributed preservation across multiple libraries and institutions.

  • The journal is archived in Garuda (Garba Rujukan Digital) by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia.

  • Metadata and full texts are also preserved through repositories such as Internet Archive and may be indexed in PKP PLN (Public Knowledge Project Private LOCKSS Network).

  • Authors are encouraged to self-archive their published articles in institutional repositories, personal websites, or other scholarly platforms, with proper citation and link to the original publication.

This policy ensures that all Yaalmada content remains accessible and citable for future generations of researchers, scholars, and students.
